Building Overview

In 2006, Terracap acquired West Link Park for $23.5 million. The 30.6-acre property in Edmonton, Alberta is over 70% developed on a land area basis. Other energy-and water conservation features include new HVAC equipment; low-flow plumbing (showers, sinks, commodes); cardboard and paper recycling (for offices); drought resistant landscaping, and the use of environmentally-friendly cleaning products by janitors. The city offers local bus routes to the complex.
