Land transfers in Athabasca for 2023 totalled $936.5 million in value, the 12th highest in the province. The value of land title transfers in Athabasca greatly increased 21.0% year-over-year, and increased 5,213% in the last five years. Athabasca is the first fastest growing municipality in the province.
