Description:
The Town of Milk River is a community in southern Alberta located about 70 kilometres southeast of Lethbridge and about 16 kilometres north of the Canada–U.S. border crossing at Coutts–Sweet Grass. It is named after the nearby Milk River. The Milk River flows immediately to the town's south.
